Having designed their report for many years using the Adobe suite, SeaBird wanted a faster, more cost-effective process while still maintaining a fresh, contemporary design. We developed bespoke Word templates that allowed them to implement our designs in-house. Alongside their 2018 Report & Accounts, their 2019 Quarterly Reports also adopted this new look. This year, we focused on a design refresh, incorporating photography-rich imagery, modern iconography, and clean typography to create a more engaging and dynamic report. The final Word reports look fantastic, proving that this two-stage process has successfully saved time and money.

Achieving a professional-looking publication in Word does require an initial investment. Our designers understand Word’s limitations (and yes, there are still some!) and create designs that transfer seamlessly. Once approved, our programming team develops templates with embedded fonts and colors to retain design integrity in both Word and Excel. While some of the more complex layouts require a higher level of user knowledge, we offer onsite training to ensure everything runs smoothly.
